EU의회가 최근 암호화폐 자산을 보유한 은행들에 암호화폐에 대한 1250%의 위험 가중치를 부과해야 한다는 내용이 담긴 법안 초안을 발표했다고 외신이 보도했다.  보도에 의하면 해당 법안에 따라 유럽 은행들은 암호화폐를 가장 위험한 보유 자산으로 취급하고, 암호화폐에 대한 직, 간접적인 익스포저를 공개해야 한다. 바이낸스 유럽위원회는 이에 대해 “암호화폐 자산 관련 거래에 참여하는 기관은 재무 안전성을 위해 프레임 워크를 준수해야 한다. 곧 해당 부분에 대한 세분화된 규칙을 마련할 예정이다”고 전했다.
